Statement on Baptism-

Our church believes in the scriptural teachings of baptism. It is  summarized as follows:

1-BAPTISM- An act of obedience to the command of CHRIST. It is fulfilled by individuals who have received His forgiveness and submitted themselves to His leadership.

2-BAPTISM- Symbolizes a heart washing by God’s forgiveness. It’s also an identification with CHRIST in His death and resurrection as the individual symbolically dies to an old way of life and lives a new life in Him.

3-BAPTISM- Provides an opportunity for believers to make a formal profession of their faith before the church and the world.

4-Full immersion in water is our practice and belief because it most fully represents BAPTISM according to the bible.
